Leadership development is a cornerstone of the St. Philip's experience. Our students learn at an early age what it means to be a leader. We begin in the earliest grades instilling the thought that everyone in the school is a leader. Whether it is leading the pledges each morning or speaking in front of the entire school community, our students practice developing leadership skills daily. Middle School, our highest level, is where leadership skills are perfected. Middle School Students take the lead and mentor the younger students, they plan school wide-community service activities, and they help conduct a monthly food pantry distribution in the nearby city of Berclair.
