The purpose of Physical Education is to promote a healthy lifestyle and the ideals of sportsmanship on and off the court. Each P.E. class is designed with age appropriate activities, targeting the basic skills for development. se skills are then applied through a variety of games and activities that work on development of large muscles, sportsmanship and working together to create a positive attitude towards sports. Team work is also a focus for our students as many activities require students to work together for a positive outcome. Students attend P. E. classes daily.
